Christine excels in clinical oversight, multi-facility leadership, utilization management, survey readiness, staffing optimization, and team development. She collaborates effectively with executives, regulators, and interdisciplinary teams to streamline operations and achieve measurable outcomes.
A strategic partner and transformational leader, Christine has successfully implemented process improvements, modernized clinical systems, increased efficiency, and led major regulatory and accreditation initiatives. She holds an MBA from Drexel University and nursing licensure in NJ, NY, and PA.

Skilled in leading interdisciplinary care teams, developing and maintaining individualized care plans, and facilitating smooth transitions from admission through discharge.
